For coaches, clubs & training schools
Focus on the training — CoachCast carries the rest. Record voice or video as you coach: your spoken observations drive the AI, the footage becomes evidence, and every session turns into per-athlete reports, a live progression picture, and a club curriculum that compounds week after week. You review and release every word.
First month free on every coach seat + your first 30 reports free. Athletes & families never pay.
Why it works: the research on feedback & visible progress
Riley rolls off mid-corner at turn 3 — eyes down at the apex instead of the exit.
swipe right to keep · left to discard · up to focus
The whole loop, from the noise of a real session to a released report — and a club that keeps getting smarter.
Not a transcript. A short, specific round-up per athlete — what improved, the one thing to focus on next, and their homework — written in your coaching voice at their level. Parents finally see what their kid is actually working on.
Emailed to Riley + family · written in your words, at their level

This is the actual CoachCast app your athletes would use, running in your browser, signed into a demo athlete with months of real training history across three clubs. Open the chapters, read the coach’s replies, watch the progression grid change — everything you see was produced from real recorded sessions.
Runs in your browser — nothing to install.
Your club’s know-how, on call
Every club has hard-won knowledge — a philosophy, drills, the fixes that actually work — usually trapped in someone’s head or a folder nobody opens. CoachCast turns it into a living thing: seed it in ten minutes, then chat with it like your most experienced coach is always on call.
And it grows. When a conversation or a session surfaces something worth keeping, it’s proposed back to you as a candidate — you approve every change — and your curriculum quietly versions upward. New coaches inherit twenty years of know-how on day one.
Your curriculum is yours alone — never shared with, or influenced by, any other club.
The evidence
Decades of research on how people actually improve points at three things — and CoachCast is built to do exactly those three things, every session.
Feedback is one of the strongest influences on learning ever measured
Across 196 studies and ~7,000 effect sizes, feedback’s average effect on achievement (d = 0.79) is roughly double the typical educational intervention.
Hattie & Timperley (2007), Review of Educational Research
Spoken and visual feedback together beat either alone
Systematic reviews of sport-skill learning find combining verbal feedback with video outperforms either on its own — the reason a CoachCast observation can carry the moment of footage it refers to.
Systematic reviews, Psychology of Sport & Exercise (2022); PLOS One (2022)
Progress people can see gets reached more often
Across 138 experiments (19,951 people), tracking progress toward a goal reliably improved attainment — and the effect grew when progress was written down and shared, not kept in someone’s head.
Harkin et al. (2016), Psychological Bulletin
This is also why the maths works for a club: personal feedback is the thing private lessons sell. When one coach can deliver it to a group — with every athlete still hearing their name — the same hour serves more athletes and earns more, without losing what people were paying for. That’s the shift in the pilot story below.
One real story from our first pilot, and what the same shift looks like across other disciplines.
The gym ran private lessons — one student per half-hour, income capped by how much one person pays for one-on-one time. The value of the private lesson was the personal feedback; that was the thing group classes couldn’t deliver.
With CoachCast catching the coach’s observations mid-class and turning them into individual debriefs, the same coach now runs groups of up to six an hour — charging more for the hour in total, with every student still getting personal feedback they never got in a group before. And the students changed too: they read their reports, and they come back asking to work on the next thing.
Anonymised at the club’s size, real at every number.
The same shift, sport by sport (illustrations — every club runs it differently)
One head coach across four courts, voice-noting between them. Every kid’s family gets a specific debrief that evening — “her toss drifted left again; we reset it with the fence drill” — instead of a generic newsletter. The renewal conversation stops being about court time and starts being about progress.
Thirty swimmers in lanes, notes spoken poolside between sets. Lane-by-lane technique calls become per-swimmer reports, and the squad group-chat goes quiet — parents already know what their swimmer is working on, in the coach’s own words.
A rider debrief after every track session, with the video moment attached — “rolling off mid-corner at turn 3, eyes down at the apex.” Riders rebook because they can see the progression across visits, level to level, in one place.
Saturday’s game and Tuesday’s training compound into one development picture per player. Volunteer coaches deliver feedback that reads like a professional academy wrote it — because the structure did the writing, in their voice.
Seventy students a day across five sessions, a new intake every morning? Day sheets, bulk intake and batch end-of-day reports are on our school track — being designed with a working motorcycle school. Tell us about your operation.
Your club pays. Athletes and families never do.
A round-up to every athlete after a 20-athlete squad session:
Flat and prepaid — your balance and usage are always visible on the billing page, so the cost never creeps up mid-season.

No. Released reports arrive by email. The mobile app is for coaches; athletes and families can optionally sign in on the web to see their history, but they never need to.
About ten minutes of real work. The setup wizard takes your philosophy, drills and terminology (paste, upload or start from a template), you invite your coaches and add your roster, and the first real session can be recorded the same day. No IT project, no training course.
There’s nothing to learn — coaching stays talking. A coach records what they already say out loud during a session, swipes through what comes back, and releases what they approve. The only thing that disappears is the write-up afterwards. In practice, one real session wins over the sceptics: it’s less work than before, not more.
Never. Your club pays for coach seats and reports; everything an athlete or parent receives is free, forever.
They are a protected category: visible to coaches only, never released to athletes or families, and never fed into any AI learning. This is enforced in the database, not by policy.
Yes — the setup wizard takes your philosophy, drills, fixes and terminology (paste, upload or start from a template) in about ten minutes. It stays yours, and it is never shared with any other club.
Your club. Data is stored in Australia, it is never used to train public AI models, and you can export or delete it. Closing your account refunds any unused report balance.
Nothing stops. Recording and review are never blocked — only generating new reports pauses until the balance tops up (automatically, if you’ve set that).
Set up your club, seed your curriculum, and record one real session. Your first month and first 30 reports are free — if it doesn’t change how your athletes hear you, cancel in the trial and pay nothing.
